Swollen Node Behind Ear Psoriasis

story so far ...

19th October 2009 - since that day I am in preparation for IM Germany. Since then, several weeks passed and I would like to show you now, I have designed this training time.
In the first 12 weeks is always quality over quantity! I'm doing a lot of technology training in the targeted sports operator, but also intense strength and coordination training with alternative sports such as skiing, spinning, snowshoeing and the good old circuit training. In this first period of preparation, I practiced an average of 10 hours per week.
In the second period of preparation, which I will finish with this week, I "worked" mainly due to the increase in my basic speed in the target sports and sport-specific strength endurance skills. To achieve these goals, "invested" I distributed 168 hours of training to 12 weeks.

, 3 Preparation period begins with a 14-day training block in Riccione (ITA) and then extends over a further six weeks, until 20 June 2010. In this "hot" phase, I mix up all my previously acquired skills and "tinker" me a ironmantaugliche athletics! I call this period "complex block", since this extensive and intensive (= excessive?) Mixed loads and therefore the proper planning of the training stimuli is very important. During this "complex block," I will train an average of 18 hours per week. Als Anerkennung meiner zehnjährigen Sportlehrertätigkeit und der grossen Bemühungen im Kampf gegen die konditionelle und koordinative "Verarmung" unserer SekundarschülerInnen, wurde mir vom Zürcher Volksschulamt, für die Jahre 1999-2009 Décharge erteilt und als Boni erhielt ich Antidepressiva " à discretion"...
