My Advent village that I sewed after a pattern in a patchwork magazine, is ready and I like it very much
but I have other fabric for the background and border used because of me not the substances in the template so pleased and of course I have also used for the house's own substances ......
I took another fabric for the background and the border and of course I took my own fabrics for the houses, too
Sewing and roofs of the houses was a lot of work, because each and every part of a house roof is sewn twice and then from left to right inverted is .... the parts are then namely 48 houses and 48 roofs and 24 doors
It was a lot of work because you have to sew all parts of the houses and roofs twice ... 48 houses and 48 roofs and 24 doors
But I think it was worth it ..

The roofs can expand to all the little things in the house to hide ....
You can open all the roofs to hide little presents in the houses ....
One calendar can also be provided with a light chain .... it glows in the village especially nice .....
You can then hang a little chain of lights around the village .... then glows wonderfully ...
I have taken for an LED lights with battery ..... that is practical, since it requires no power ..... The lights are not quite as hot as conventional lights but not too bright .....
Therefor I bought at chain of LED lights ..... that `s very practical because you needn `t any wall socket ...... The lights are not as warm as the conventional ones but they don` t really glare .....
The church is 24 December .... The doors do not have any figures, because my daughter has wanted this village without numbers, because they want to hang this curtain in November and because they have many great and glorious advent calendar has ...* guckganzerstaunt *. ..:-)) He can always be provided with numbers ....
