Good news! Of the City of Aalen has at its meeting on 29th July 2010, the foundation decided by the citizens ostalb energy eG. This is a cooperative for the promotion of renewable energies. Unfortunately there is not the decentralized aspect to the fore - so the cooperative wants to invest in offshore wind farms in the North Sea. But still! Without nuclear power or coal.
