After I recovered very well this week of training camp, I decided at short notice to a "Form Test". As the triathlon woman field was not available, I started on the interval Duathlon in Zofingen, which was considered at the same time as the Swiss championship. The competition was organized and the format (4-16-4-16-4) and attractive route, with the transition zone in the city, ensured a great atmosphere. Except for the change, I can be very satisfied with my performance. At the end I finished 6th in AC 35-44 Rank, but since three of the athletes are placed before me, a foreigner, I could take the Brozemedallie in receiving!
Now there is a two-week complex block of training (quality + quantity) "at the door, and then followed by the first triathlon test event in Worms (06/06/2010)
