As the weather (today, yesterday blue-gray), the situation is currently training with my feelings. Sometimes all feels slightly and loose and during the next training session can have again the "worm" to be there. The way it is in life ... and especially in the life of an athlete. The road to success is never linear, it always give small, medium and high power surges, but also small, medium and large setbacks, or just stop. In a training camp can observe these phases almost every day and I think that's always a very exciting learning process. Stay relaxed and not to despair is my advice, if the head wants, but the body is "NO" screams. Likewise, one should not too much "overpower" if the body for "POWER" screams.
In this sense: Train (always) SMART not (only) HARD!
